Honigman http://www.oldmedianewtricks.com/?p=362 I recently hosted a panel discussion at the Social Media Jungle at CES2009 about the cross between entrepreneurship and journalism with Etan Horowitz, a tech reporter at the Orlando Sentinel, and Kevin Sablan, head of the Orange County Register’s web task force.

Since Etan posted the video first, I figure I would just use his. And as he points out, the crowd was a non-journalism one. Prolific new and social media thinkers like Jeff Pulver (who hosted the SMJ), Chris Brogan, Dave Taylor and Dean Landsman were in attendance, and they asked some good, tough questions.

(And thanks, Etan, for the poke at the name of the panel. I didn’t know Jeff would end up using my proposal description for the title!)
